Disappointing deal

I bought the basketball tow weeks ago, but it leaked when I first pumped.
I sent many email to trader and went to their place showed on their website, it was infuriatingly useless, especially the address was wrong.
The product I purchased is not good and I cannot contact the seller.
Disappointing deal!!!
